PICKUP POLICY

To ensure smooth order fulfillment and efficient inventory management, the following pickup policy applies to all orders placed for customer pickup:
1. Pickup Timeline
Customers who select pickup as their delivery option are expected to collect their orders within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed and if products are available.
2. Grace Period
If a customer is unable to pick up the order within the initial 24-hour period, an additional one (1) week grace period will be provided for collection.
3. Failure to Pick Up Within Grace Period
Orders not picked up within the one-week grace period will be considered abandoned.
In such cases, the customer may forfeit the order, and the company reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
Customers who are not ready to collect within the specified timeframe are advised to place their orders only when they are available to pick them up.
4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to collect their order within the stated pickup period.
If any circumstances arise, customers should contact the company or Rep before the pickup deadline to discuss possible arrangements or assistance from company approval.
5. Policy Enforcement
By placing an order and selecting pickup, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with this pickup policy before Back details is sent.
